Project: The Nonprofit

SUMMIT LEADERS

Toronto-based nonprofit Summit Leaders is committed to making a lasting impact on the lives of young students from historically marginalized communities on Toronto. They deliver immersive, in-class business and entrepreneurship programs that introduce students to the skills, tools, and connections they need to confidently pursue any career.

This was a pro-bono project by Clap Clap Creative. If you know another worthy nonprofits in need of help with brand identity and messaging, email: sam@clapclap.ca

Brand identity

VERBAL BRANDING

Summit Leaders does valuable work with high school students in equity-deserving Toronto communities. By offering business and entrepreneurship courses, they help students learn skills and build relationships that can help them confidently pursue any career.

Working closely with Summit Leaders’ president, and incorporating anonymized feedback from high school students and teachers who have participated in the program, we re-explored how the nonprofit described its work. The result was the delivery of a new verbal brand that clarified the messaging, to better describe the value delivered by Summit Leaders, and positioning, to better define the way they described their audience.

Praise from this client:

“You helped us find the words to reflect the heart of our mission and the potential we see in the youth we serve. Your strategic approach, ability to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging, and collaborative style made this process not only productive but inspiring. Your work will have a lasting impact as we continue to grow and strengthen Summit Leaders, thank you for choosing to use your talent to support good work in our communities.”
