A boutique pricing consultancy for mid-market B2B software companies, Miller Advisors helps digital and SAAS companies fix fragmented or misaligned pricing. The firm has unique and specialized expertise within a defined niche, but the brand wasn’t capturing what makes them different. The positioning and messaging wasn’t speaking to their best-fit clients. So, through multiple discovery sessions, we dug deep into the team, their work, and their audience. Their market differentiators and unique industry perspectives became the basis of their new brand, positioning them to better target the clients who matter to them.

To capture the brand of Miller Advisors, we led three full-team discovery sessions over two weeks. These uncovered unique insights into team dynamics, industry perspectives, and shared points of view. These insights were then distilled and synthesized into a cohesive and differentiated brand identity built to set the consultancy apart.
Social strategy
To help the team better leverage their LinkedIn connections and gain more confidence posting and interacting online, we developed a custom LinkedIn training workshop. The workshop (with accompanying guidebook) incorporated content goals, content ideas and prompts, profile optimization, some algorithm basics, and an introduction to Sales Navigator.
