FIGHT MY TICKET

A paralegal practice that helps drivers fight their traffic tickets wanted to grow and distinguish itself in the market. Seeking digital growth and increased market penetration, they needed to stands out from their competitors. Clap Clap Creative, supporting a partner agency, crafted a new brand identity and designed a new website to match Fight My Ticket’s bold take-no-prisoners attitude.

VERBAL BRANDING

Though the client had a website and was already successful, they didn’t have a clear, unified brand identity to accurate articulate who they were, what they stood for, and who they served. We changed that. Starting with multiple discovery sessions with the client and significant industry research, we created a brand for them that was bold, a little badass, and true to the culture of the company.

WEBSITE DESIGN

Having completed the brand identity, we needed to elevate the client’s digital presence. We tore down the client’s old one-pager website, to considerably torque up the design, the messaging, the attitude, and properly establish the new bold brand. We crafted lo-fi wireframes, then hi-fi wireframes, and then handed over to the web developers.

WEBSITE CONTENT

Every word on the site was rewritten from scratch by our team. Keeping everything on-brand, while ensuring legal accuracy, we developed the messaging on each page to be informative, easy to navigate, and to convert visitors into clients.
