Project: The Futurists

CREATIVE FUTURES

A futures-focused design consultancy wanted help revising its brand messaging and updating its web content to coincide with a visual rebrand. Clap Clap Creative conducted a content audit, recommended updates to brand messaging, wrote and edited content, and suggested Plain English simplifications to make some complex wording more accessible. The result was a website content overhaul with fresh, on-brand, approachable messaging.

Content restructuring

Creative Futures helps public, nonprofit, and socially-minded organizations across Canada plan for their future, by arming them with the tools to think beyond present-day issues and imagine, prepare for, and navigate multiple potential futures. The agency’s skills and deliverables can be invaluable for organizations — but the methodologies and approaches used are foreign to many and can seem complex.

We helped the client by auditing all web copy, providing edits and suggestions, revising important brand messaging, and recommending changes to content hierarchy and structure to make the Creative Futures website simpler and easier to understand for its audience.

Praise from this client:

“When we were preparing to launch a new website, we engaged Clap Clap Creative to help us refine our content, map out what should go where, and ensure everything we were saying was clear for our audience. Sam helped us translate our complex and overly technical way of describing our work into words that others could easily understand. Years later, we still use this language in our pitches to new clients. We are forever grateful for this support and can't wait to work with Clap Clap Creative again in future.”
