A futures-focused design consultancy wanted help revising its brand messaging and updating its web content to coincide with a visual rebrand. Clap Clap Creative conducted a content audit, recommended updates to brand messaging, wrote and edited content, and suggested Plain English simplifications to make some complex wording more accessible. The result was a website content overhaul with fresh, on-brand, approachable messaging.
Verbal brand identity
As Ebb & Flow began to grow its market, this eco-lifestyle brand wanted some help refining its brand. Working closely with the founder, Devon, we dug into the identity of the brand through discovery sessions, and we investigated competitors in the market to seek out points of differentiation. The result was a verbal identity that mirrored the ideals of the brand, creating new messaging taglines, as well as defining brand values, voice, vision, mission, and positioning.
