With a roster of clients across Canada, Agency to Change is a leadership development and workplace dynamics agency focused on helping leaders and their teams find the sweet spot of feeling focused, energized, and deeply satisfied with their work. Wanting to refine its brand messaging to better describe its ethos, services, and approach, Agency to Change reached out to Clap Clap Creative to revisit its brand identity and to create a content strategy.

VERBAL BRANDING

The Agency to Change approach to leadership coaching and team dynamics is unique — inclusive, collaborative, and empathetic — so its brand identity needed to truly capture that personality. Through a series of strategically probing interviews and discovery sessions, we got to the heart of the business, to build out super authentic brand elements: vision statement, mission statement, guiding principles, value proposition, and brand character.

Content strategy

Working within this client’s parameters, we created a “lite” content strategy to guide them in content ideation, delivery, channels, and messaging. This content strategy, specific to Agency to Change, included content goals, content pillars, channel recommendations, content ideas and prompts, a writing guide, and social media guide.
